Information you choose to provide
If you use the project enquiry form, you may provide your name, business email, company, phone number, service interest, requirements and preferred contact method. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements. Please include only information needed for that discussion.
AI assistant conversations
The assistant sends your current message and a limited conversation history to our server and, when configured, to OpenAI to generate a response grounded in approved Consultix information. Our application keeps the conversation in browser memory, does not permanently save chat transcripts, and requests that the provider not store the response. Provider processing and retention are subject to the provider’s own terms and policies; this does not guarantee zero retention by the provider. Avoid sharing personal, confidential or sensitive information.
Enquiry delivery
When a delivery endpoint is configured, contact-form information is transmitted securely to that service so our team can receive it. If delivery is unavailable, the form offers a WhatsApp handoff; opening it requires an intentional click and sends the prepared message to WhatsApp. A draft is not represented as a submitted enquiry.
Hosting and service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and request processing. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs. We use request information for basic abuse protection. We do not intentionally log chat content in our application. OpenAI and WhatsApp are third-party services with their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
This initial website does not install advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Any future optional tracking should be disclosed and, where appropriate, enabled only with consent. Infrastructure providers may process information necessary to operate and secure their services.
Retention and your choices
Chat state is cleared on page reload or when you choose Clear conversation. Enquiry records received by our team may be retained while needed for the enquiry and related business or legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about your information, request corrections or request deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
